I am a strange (probably autistic) guy from a small town in the country; I left to explore America as soon as I could; spending many years hitchhiking around the country, exploring different lines of work, and generally being a big hippie. I always mentally cheated my way through things, where i'd memorize test answers immediately before taking tests, and passed by a hair without doing much homework. That is my skill...i have a lot of ram in my head. I'm not particularly fast, though, and not very good with people usually. I have always been an outcast, whether by chance or choice, and even an outcast among outcasts. For the last ten years, i've done everything from tattooing to web design to manufactureing to tombstone engraving to construction, labor, and learning to program video games. I probably have adult adhd, but whatever. I started using fruityloops back in '98, and dabbled with it until '05 when i started getting serious with it. I have made probably 15 hours of decent music; and countless more b-side material. I could probably put together 3 or 4 albums of publishable quality tracks. Art, rather than music, has always been my forte, but music is more fun to me. I am currently working on video game development and delving deeper into flstudio all the time; while in the real world i install office furniture. I build cubicles but i refuse to work in one (probably to my detriment). Though it seems pedestrian, when you install office furniture, you get to go everywhere....i've been all over army/air force bases, federal buildings, courts, and the tops of all the skyscrapers in town, met federal judges, and stood next to blackhawk helicopters. Things a young hippie/metalhead could never have predicted he would be doing..... When I was a bum living on the streets, i'd look up at the skyscrapers and wonder what was up there. Ten years later, i looked out from the top floor at the bums down below..... the answer to the question was a little disappointing, but at least the question was answered. My greatest influences in music are the ambient composers such as Debussy, Satie, and Cage, and medieval composers such as Platti and Dufay. More modern influences include Delerium, Frontline Assembly, William Orbit, as well as more ambient BlackMetal groups such as Satyricon and Arcturus. My favorite synth is WASP because its so simple and produces such pleasing sounds, and my favorite instruments come from the soundfonts at HammerSound. I am also a big fan of Synth1, Oatmeal, Crystal, and Zeta. I currently reside in Arizona where I spend my time tinkering with Java, C, php, FlStudio and Inkscape. I most enjoy browsing articles about space and space exploration, and i think it's reflected in my music. If i am eventually 'discovered' it will come as a shock perhaps to learn that I have gigabytes upon gigabytes of compositions; thousands of tracks and thousands of game sprites/backgrounds. If I can find the guidance I feel I need, I could probably become my own video game studio. I feel Jangha will be a helpful stepping stone on my way. Wish me luck!
